Pool, 4 Bikes, 3 Bedrooms, Instant Open Atlantic Boating Access, Outdoor Space!

Beautiful home, gorgeous views, love the private pool and dock, convenient location, super convenient check in/check out… Only complaint was no washcloths and couldn’t figure out how to use the pool jets. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was presentable. The pictures online are much nicer than the house itself. Our group still enjoyed ourselves. These were a few of our observations:-The outdoor furniture downstairs was very worn, stuffing was coming out of some of the cushions. -The dishwasher racks were broken, which made it difficult to wash dishes properly. We found some of the racks under the sink and used bread ties to secure 2 racks in order to wash plates.-The sofas are small and do not afford enough seating for more than 6 (seated closely). In addition, the material (fake leather) was peeling off the sofas and stuffing was coming out. -The kitchen was very outdated. Pans were very old and pieces were sporadic, making it difficult to cook in the house. The cabinet doors were dirty like inside the glass.-Upon arrival there were very few drinking glasses, no wine glasses and no hot pads. I contacted the host and she responded and had these items delivered very quickly. -The upstairs door to the master bedroom flew off the hinges completely. Fortunately, no one was hurt. My husband and friend were able to pick up the door and put it back on to keep it closed. We contacted the host regarding this as well, maintenance came, but were unable to get in because we were out. I was told that we did not have to be available for them to come. Maintenance came a day later. -The kitchen faucet broke while using. The host responded, but maint could not come until a day later.
