The house had a disjointed layout. We loved the upstairs room and loft and all the balconies. The cabinets needed repair, some didn't close all the way. They kitchen had everything we needed, but was pretty basic. The water in the outdoor shower came out very light, so we ended up using the water hose to rinse off instead. The location and neighborhood were great!

First there was no key in the key box but it turns out you don’t need one because the main exterior door was unlocked when we arrived. We were a little nervous wondering if anyone was inside. Also the exterior door doesn’t lock at all which was very unsettling since we used the bottom floor room also which opens to the exterior door. It was creepy vibes especially the way rooms were laid out. Watch your step between the main rooms as the floors are lot level through the doorways. There were gnats & flies inside & a roach crawled out of a kitchen drawer. Most outside deck lights don’t work. The microwave had some type of electrical issue so the door would not open unless you unplug it first. Flickering lights in the kitchen also might be an electrical issue. Needless to say I didn’t sleep well with everyone spread over 3 levels. Extremely humid & dank inside on the main floor. The living room was nice & open with good views. The 3rd level bedroom was open & spacious but no tv remote for the volume. Plenty of towels & some cleaning supplies included. Great location though if you want less beach traffic. Ok for families but not for elderly or those with issues climbing stairs.
