The Space:
The living room is bright and cherry during the day and private at night and has just been decorated with comfortable seating and new Samsung smart TV with streaming and great WIFI. We have a fully equipped kitchen for your use with NEW APPLIANCES. The bathroom has also just been remodeled with clean fresh finishes and plush Towels. Linens, iron, hair dryer and cooking utensils are provided. We also have coffee and green tea ready for you as well.

The Neighborhood:
Little Havana is at the center of it all, it is a 10 minute drive from anywhere in Miami, with access to public transportation and plenty of Ubers and to top it all off, easy and free street parking.
Walk two blocks north and you will reach 8th street (Calle Ocho), there you will find local restaurants, bars and cabarets, a gorgeous Art Deco movie theater showing foreign and independent films, souvenir shops, fruit stands, art galleries and several live music venues including the historic Ball and Chain. Marlins Park is a $5 Uber Ride Away and I highly recommend catching a game if you have the time, it is a great experience.
If you head east to Coconut Grove you have: great restaurants, local bars and shops, paddle-boarding, kayaking, biking, Viscaya or The Barnacle.
If you head west you can go to Miracle Mile for some shopping and dining or hang with the local crowd at a happy hour at Tarpon Bend, Hillstone or Bulla. You can also go to Venetian Pools or grab brunch at the Biltmore.
The free trolley or the metro bus takes you to Brickell or Downtown Miami, where you will find lounges, restaurants, museums, Bayside, Miami Airlines Arena, Opera House and lots more.
Getting Around:
The free, public Miami Trolley transportation stops close to building and by car you have immediate access to routes US-1, I-95, and I-195. South Beach is only a 15 minute car or Uber ride away. Miami International airport can be reached in 13 min. The apartment comes with free parking on the premises.

Overall this wasn’t a bad stay. I would stay here again. YOU MUST GET A CAR!!!! The listing made it seem like it was easy to get around but after the 1st day I got a car. That made it so much easier. It was close to everything (with car) Check in was hard. And if you don’t follow the directions you will lock yourself out. They let you in with the bottom key then leave you the Top key and don’t communicate that. I called the emergency number but the lady seemed to be annoyed that I called. They resent me the same info like I didn’t understand the 1st time. Had to ask a neighbor to help an use a rock, after I broke my nail. It was mostly quite but I did see and hear the roosters other reviews talked about. But only the 1st day. They didn’t really have towels (4) We was there 4 days so I didn’t care for that.
Overall I liked that it wasn’t right in the middle of chaos but still close. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but the gate made me feel more safe.
