About this apartment rental

Handy Downtown Red Bluff location across from the post office on Walnut St only one block from Main St. High ceilings with views of downtown, furnished with new furniture and pillow top mattress on queen bed. Scoot the large ottoman close to the sectional for additional sleeping area with provided bedding. Since the unit is conveniently located downtown, be aware that you may experience traffic noise from the street, music from a bar/dance hall, as well as the nearby train overnight.

I’ve stayed at this location previously so there weren’t any surprises. Overall it is a cozy, comfortable apartment in a great location, convenient to several restaurants and a great coffee spot SIPS. The window AC units were effective at the end of April but the middle of July proved them to be marginal. Any temperatures above 100 F would make the apartment on the warm side. The available snacks and K-cups are a thoughtful convenience

Good downtown location. Lots of parking availability. Unit was well stocked, especially the kitchen. Communication with host was excellent.

Everything was just perfect except for road and train noise which cannot be avoided because of location.
