About this house rental
Entire new home, newly built and furnished located north of Austin. A 20 minute drive to the Domain which offers shopping with a wide variety of restaurants, and Downtown where the famous lady bird lake runs through offering kayak, canoe, etc. 15 minutes from the Kalahari resort the largest indoor waterpark of America, and only 5 minutes from the Typhoon Texas waterpark. This spacious and beautiful home is great for singles or families, including a private movie room and bathroom upstairs.

This house was ideal for the music fest weekend we were attending. Spacious, clean and easy to navigate the location.
One complaint would be the A/C temperature wasn't comfortable, especially the first night. We made some adjustments and the second night was comfortable.

This is very clean and in a new, safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and communication with the host was good. It was nice to have extra beds.
