About this apartment rental
The floor to ceiling windows on the 16th floor bathe the living, dining and front bedroom in light. There are two full baths, with one being 'en suite' to the master bedroom. The flat screen TV in the living room is slightly larger than the one in the master bedroom and high speed wireless internet is included. Although, with the incredible views not many guests watch TV! The patio has seating for 5-6, there's plenty of room outside to hang out and take in the view. Two tandem parking spaces are in a secure onsite garage.
This is our home and we remodeled it for us, so we expect it to be treated well. The furniture is Restoration Hardware, Custom, Crate and Barrel, and Room and Board, so no expense was spared - we are looking for guests that are meticulous and appreciative.
The building has a rooftop hot tub, large BBQs, lounge chairs and tables for bigger gatherings. There is also a fitness center on the 2nd floor.
The trolley stop downstairs takes you as far away as Tijuana to the South and North to University Town Center and UCSD. To the East it goes as far as La Mesa, with stops at San Diego State University, Fashion Valley for shopping, Old Town San Diego for culture and history.
Within a 15 minute walk you can be on the ferry to Coronado, at any of the hottest restaurants and clubs in the Gaslamp, at Petco Park for a ball game, at The Convention Center for Comicon, at Balboa Park's Air and Space Museum or Little Italy for authentic Italian fare.
Within a few of blocks is Hodad's for burgers, Cowboy for steaks, Pokez for vegetarian Mexican food and a myriad of brew pubs by several local breweries.

This gorgeous condo offers fabulous living space inside and out! It is beautifully designed with luxurious finishes and high end modern furnishings throughout. The city views from the wall to wall glass in the main living areas is really wonderful. The condo has a fabulous gourmet kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need, a beautiful dining and living area, comfortable beds, a designated work space, nice bathrooms, and a spacious balcony with plenty of seating for enjoying coffee in the mornings, and drinks/snacks while viewing the sunset in the evenings. The building provides very secure underground parking, a fantastic gym, and beautiful rooftop deck for entertaining, barbecues, outdoor lounging and dining spaces perfect for enjoying spectacular views of the city. Laura was a wonderful host who checked in on us often. She was always pleasant and easy to communicate with. The only negative experience we had was concerning the city noise at night and issues with homelessness in the downtown area (both to be somewhat expected when staying in most any downtown area, but something to be aware of). That being said, we still very much enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. She is a gracious host and her place was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable.

I wanted to write and let you know how much my wife and I appreciated the opportunity to stay in your San Diego Condo once again.....following your extensive renovation it was even better than last year.
As you know this is the eighth year we have rented in San Diego during this time-frame. We were thrilled that we could come back to your East Village condo because it is our favorite place to stay in San Diego.
The changes since last year were amazing: new tile floors and walk-in master shower, expanded closet space, new quartz countertops, KitchenAid appliances, a memory foam king size bed and new living room and dining room furniture, two large screen smart HDTVs with DVRs.! You've really outdone yourself!
From the moment you walk in you are in awe of the magnificent views. The location is great! From the condo to the heart of the city or even the bay is just 10 or 15 minutes on foot.
The condo is so roomy and the beds are upscale hotel quality.
We treasured having not one but two parking spaces. That made having friends and family over so convenient and really it sets the unit apart from many others in the East Village/Gaslamp districts.
Thank you for making it once again making it a great month! Hope we can come back soon!
