About this house rental

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. Come check out our newly remodeled home. The setting is in the country yet easy access from the main hwy. Porches both front and back. Beautiful view from front looking out to the hills...We do not have television. We do have very good wifi... Farming community... a short 15 min drive away is the frío river in Concan. Uvalde is 10 miles away.... There you will find most all your needs... HEB grocery is a really nice grocery store.. Also have a Walmart supercenter... Antique stores in the square…

Directions to Casa de la Vista …Turn North off Hwy 90 in Knippa, go over the railroad track. Turn right onto FM 1049... A little over 1.5 miles on the left hand side of road you will find your destination...

The house was very clean and check in was easy. It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and showers clean. Owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions.

Property was great. The house was better than what we expected. Definitely home away from home. Took this short trip to spend time quality time with family and my BF before his deployment to Japn. We talked about returning once his is back home.

We had an amazing stay and wish we could have booked it for longer than one night. We had a little hiccup when we got there, we did not have the code to get into the house but boy once we did, we were in for a surprise. The house was just beautiful, it's set back off the road a little bit. We got to watch hummingbirds and fawns right in the back yard. it was a very relaxing and cozy place. The bedrooms where huge and the beds were very comfy. We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area

Frio river trip

Frio river trip

My friends and I planned a weekend trip to the Frio River. The property itself was cozy, private, and located about 15-20 mins from Concan. There were quite a few deer and rabbits the came up to the property while we stayed there. The house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. All in all the weekend was perfect and the house was great, especially for the price point.

Nice & Quiet

Great place to stay near Uvalde. Nice, clean, quiet stay. Lots of room for our family. Very comfortable to sit and visit when we had some down time. Front and back porches very peaceful, great bird watching…and rabbits too. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again.
