3 Bedroom/2 Bath Beachside Condo

It was a great condo and right across from the beach. Great view, nice beach. My family of 6 really enjoyed our stay there.I'd give it a 5/5 except for two things: first, the condo is on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out of service at least three different times during our stay. I think this is common because there are permanent signs warning not to hold the door or it will break. This made loading up the car to leave very difficult. Second, the condo is one of the least stocked condos we've been in on the panhandle. No beach items to borrow, no cutting boards, only a few small knives, one roll of toilet paper, no ice maker, etc. To be fair, the listing did not list anything in the contrary....but if you need more than just plates, cups, and pots/pans, then you need to plan on bringing them yourself. Not the end of the world, but not what we expected compared to other condos.Overall, a great place to stay location wise, and the host was very communicative.

Great Stay!

Nice 3br condo with a view! Seating for 3 and a table on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful Gulf views, comfortable beds, plenty of seating for our family of 4, beach access right across the street, and the beach is clean and uncrowded! Centrally located unit by the pool (on the 3rd floor.) Some kitchen cooking essentials were sparse, so if you plan to cook a lot, that's something to be aware of. Also, the ice maker/water in the fridge doesn't work. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and found this home to be a good value and plenty spacious for our needs!

Spacious family home with an open kitchen and living area that fit our family perfectly! The covered parking area was very convenient and made it nice to be out of the hot sun and steps to the elevator. The Beach Restoration is pristine! We will definitely stay again!
