About this house rental

30 day minimum stay. Enjoy the spacious home with living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms on main level. The lower level has a spacious family room, additional bedroom or office, 3/4 bathroom, utility / laundry, and spacious mudroom located off 2 car attached garage. Walk just 1/2 block to nature trails that meander through protected wetlands. Walk 1/2 mile to a park with fishing dock, frisbee golf course, pickle ball courts, playground, and picnic tables. Just a 2 minute drive to Target, dozens of restaurants, upscale shopping, and coffee shops. You'll love the quiet neighborhood and spacious 1/3rd acre yard. This home requires a 30 night minimum stay. Guests must have reviews from other hosts.
