Nestled in the woods, this secluded cabin is perfect for your mountain getaway. Soak in the majestic view from the porch and fully immerse yourself in nature. Features 5 BDR and 4 BA, this spacious 2,964 sq ft cabin has everything you need for a memorable vacation - movie theater, game room, Roku TV’s, WiFi and cable, relaxing hot tub, BBQ grill, and fully equipped kitchen perfect for home cooked meals. Conveniently located 15 mins away from Pigeon Forge Parkway, 20 minutes from Gatlinburg, and a short drive to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

✅ ROAD TO THE CABIN

ONE WAY road is paved leading up to the driveway and leaving the driveway. Road NARROWS and like most cabins in the area with AMAZING MOUNTAIN VIEWS, driveway becomes STEEP. It’s only the beginning, once you get past it, you’ll feel like a pro! Please note that entering the driveway is a SHARP RIGHT TURN. Our place provides a mountain cabin experience. If you are not comfortable driving up mountain roads, this cabin may not be for you. Private driveway with gravel leads you to your mountain retreat.

✅ CARS

Regular cars (sedans) are totally fine. We encourage 4WD during winter months. Please plan accordingly. We don’t recommend RV’s.

✅ PARKING

Parking is located outside the cabin. 2 cars fit comfortably. May fit 3-4 cars with great parking skills :)

✅ ENTRY

A personalized door code will be sent before arrival.

✅ CHECK IN/OUT

Check in is at 4 PM EST. Check out is at 10 AM EST. To ensure our cleaners have enough time to clean and sanitize the cabin between guests, we do not offer early check in or late check out. Late check out will incur an additional fee.

✅ INTERNET/CABLE

Free high speed internet/WIFI up to 300 Mbps and cable TV are provided.

✅ FIRE

Absolutely no fire, candles, or fireworks permitted in the cabin. A fine will be charged if violated. Fire is only allowed in the fire pit. Please don’t leave fire pit unattended.

✅ PETS

We love pets but sorry, no pets allowed. A fine will be charged if violation occurs.

✅ SUPPLIES

For your convenience, we provide a welcome starter package that includes small body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dish sponge, trash bags, and a small coffee packet. Depending on your trip length and party size, we encourage our guests to purchase additional supplies. Towels are provided. Please purchase your own wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill.

✅ FIRE PIT

Please purchase your own firewood. Safety is our priority! Don’t leave children unattended around the fire pit. Put out fire completely before leaving. For emergencies, utilize fire extinguisher at the front porch and call 911.

✅ BBQ

BBQ charcoal grill is provided for your use. Charcoal is not provided. Please purchase your own. Empty ash in the ash can provided. Please be mindful of the charcoal ash. Don't leave BBQ grill unattended.

✅ WILDLIFE/CRITTERS

*Please note that it's lady bug season! Like most cabins in the area, you may see lady bugs in the cabin.

Our cabin is protected with pest control. However, being on the mountain and in the woods, it is not uncommon to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them away by doing regular maintenance and pest control. Please help us by keeping doors closed. You may also encounter other animals like bears, deer, squirrels, etc. If you see bears, please don’t feed them and keep your distance. Keep your cars locked and windows closed. Don’t leave food in the car and outside the cabin premises.

✅ SMOKING

No smoking inside the cabin premises or in the porch. A fee will be charged if violation occurs.

✅ WATER

Like most cabins in the area, we use well water. Please bring your own purified water for drinking and cooking. Please note that well water is powered by a pump. In case of a power outage, water will stop flowing. Please notify us immediately if this happens so we can contact the power company.

HOUSE RULES:

1. CHECK IN/OUT

Check in is at 4 PM EST. Check out is at 10 AM EST. Sorry, we don't offer early check in or late check out. This is to ensure we have enough time to thoroughly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. Late check out fee will be charged at $100/hour.

2. OCCUPANCY

To be in compliance with local fire and safety codes, all bookings must adhere to occupancy limits. Please account for all adults and children including infants in your booking. Our cabin can accommodate up to 14 guests, 12 adults comfortably and 2 kids. We charge $100/guest/night fee for guests that are not accounted for in the reservation. Only children are permitted to sleep on the bunk bed. No jumping or horse playing please.

3. NO SMOKING

Absolutely no smoking inside the cabin premises including the porch. No recreational drugs of any kind are allowed. You will be asked to leave the property without a refund if found in violation of this house rule. A $500 fine will be charged for this violation.

4. NO PETS

We love pets but sorry, strictly no pets allowed. A $300 fine will be charged if violation occurs. You will be asked to leave the property without a refund if violated.

5. HOT TUB

Guest under 16 years old must always have adult supervision. Closely supervise young children around the hot tub. We do not assume responsibility for health risks and hazards associated with hot tub use. Pregnant women and guests with health risks must consult physician before use. Use at your own risk. Do not stand or sit on the hot tub cover. Please keep cover when not in use. This keeps hot tub stay warm. No bubble baths, bath oils, and soaps in the hot tub as this will cause damage. Hot tub is drained, refilled, and sanitized for every guest. No jacuzzis in the room.

6. NO PARTIES

No parties allowed in the cabin. You will be asked to leave without refund if rule is violated.

7. FURNISHINGS/DAMAGES/LOST ITEMS

Please treat our cabin like your home. We provide a lot of amenities for your comfort and entertainment. Please don't take any item from the cabin. We take regular inventory and check the condition of the items in our cabin after every guest departure. If an item is damaged or lost, a fee will be charged for the full cost of replacing the lost or damaged item. If you move any furniture, please put it back. Please keep the property and all furnishings in good condition.

8. BATHROOM

Our cabin has a septic system. Please don't flush feminine products, diapers, baby wipes in the toilet. Please discard excess food in the trash prior to loading dishes, pots, and pans in the dishwasher.

9. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Please keep your valuables and belongings in a safe place. Cabin owners and management are not responsible for any loss.

10. TRASH

Please place trash inside the designated bear proof trash bins located outside the cabin next to the front porch. Ensure that the latch is secure. Do not leave food in your car or outside the cabin. Food and trash attract bears. For longer stays, if trash gets full, please reach out to us or you may drop off trash at a convenience center located 4 minutes (1.4 miles) away from the cabin.

11. FIRE

For safety reasons, absolutely no fire, candles, or fireworks are permitted in the cabin. Fire is only allowed in the fire pit 15 ft away from fthe cabin. Please don’t leave fire pit unattended. $500 fine plus damages will be charged if any violation occurs. You will be asked to leave the cabin without a refund.

12. SECURITY

For the security of our guests, our property has a Ring floodlight camera facing the driveway. Please do not touch the camera. Tampering with the camera will be fined $250 and you will be asked to leave the property without refund. For your privacy, there are no cameras inside the cabin.

13. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for weather-related issues, natural disasters, travel disruptions or delays, early departure, vehicle’s inability to navigate mountain roads, cancellation of event for which the reservation was made, jury duty, sickness, personal injury, or death outside of immediate family. Please secure a traveler's insurance to protect your trip. Refunds can be made within the specified time frame and conditions under our cancellation policy.

14. OWNERS CLOSET

There are 2 owners closets on the lower level located next to washer and dryer and another one next to guest bedroom #5. Please don't attempt to open the closets or tamper with keypads. $150 fee will be charged if violated.

15. SAFETY

Guests are responsible for their own safety while at the cabin. Don't leave children unattended on the stairs and in the porch. Don't lean or sit on the railings. We assume no responsibility for any injury sustained in our cabin during your stay. Your safety is our priority.
