There are about 40 steps leading to the condo. You can drive to an unloading ramp.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a great multi-level condo with large ground floor outdoor patio with great sun-rise views of the ocean. Everything worked well, very clean, comfy beds. Will book again.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful condo with everything you need! The pool was very close by and the views of the ocean can’t be beat!

The condo was great. It was clean and comfortable. The private beach access was a bonus as it wasn’t crowded on the beach at all. Only negative was the thin walls. We could hear tons of noise from the neighboring condos. Otherwise, we loved it and would recommend.

Very comfortable stay for the three of us. Could sleep 6 no problem. We liked being on the ground floor and thus able to walk out the sliding glass door. Great overall setting. The kitchen was well appointed and enabled us to cook as needed.We would stay again.
