This 2200 sq. ft. ski mountain home has everything family and friends who love to visit Deer Valley and Park City! Enter to find 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, washer/dryer, ski gear closets (inside and out), and a private deck with a 6 person hot tub.
Upstairs you will find a highly upgraded and open kitchen with 3 bar stools, a large dining room table that seats 6, a tastefully decorated and cozy family room with wood burning fireplace, and 2nd private deck with amazing views of Park City/Deer Valley. The loft (3rd level) overlooking the family room, has a highly sought after "work remote" desk and printer.
Ridgepoint at Deer Valley is located at over 8,000 feet in Silver Lake Village and 3.5 miles from historic Main Street in Park City. Free City Bus available during ski season. The community offers a nearby ski trail with easy access to Deer Valley Resort's slopes, as well as a year-round common area hot tub, underground shared parking, outdoor pool and tennis court during the summer months.
Ski-out access trail leads to Last Chance (Blue Level) and then Success (Green Level) ski runs. You will end up at Snow Park Lodge. To return home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair, then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail. Then it's a 1/2 block walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive to Ridgepoint's private access trail. Maps are included in photos. While not a classic ski in/ski out, the access is as close as you can get. Ski Out - Ski/Walk/Ski In!
Silver Lake Village includes some of Park City's finest restaurants including Stein Eriksen's, Cafe Mariposa, Royal Street Cafe (blueberry mojitos), Cena and Goldener Hirsch. Silver Lake Village is home to shopping and ski related services as well. Deer Valley Customer Service is exceptional!

109 PointRidge is a spacious, comfortable, well maintained and appointed condo which my wife, two grown daughters and I enjoyed a lot. Everything works. Great log fire. Nice kitchen. Also, great views!

Fabulous ski in/out unit. Updated interiors, extra powder room on kitchen living room floor, newish appliances and most important excellent water pressure in the master bath.

This is a beautiful home in a great location. Very well equipped -- lots of space with a cozy mountain vibe. The beds were super comfy and the hot tub was great -- living areas and kitchen were beautiful. We enjoyed the ski out/in location -- although the "ski in" part is a bit of an effort. Most of all, Lisa was fantastic and made every effort to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. She's such a lovely person and was so responsive. We will be back!
