About this apartment rental
Your party will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located condo with slope views. Eagle Bahn Gondola and Chair 8 are 250ft away from your front door. Walk to all the local restaurants, hiking trails, ski slopes, and entertainment. This property boasts two hot tubs and year-round access to the heated pool. Relax by the fireplace in the evening or enjoy the sunset from your balcony. This unit also comes with a private ski locker for easy storage. Come enjoy your stay with us!
This space is located on the second floor on the west side of the building. This room has everything your party will need including a fully equipped kitchen, which is perfect for cooking for large parties or over the holidays. Under the sink you will find trash bags, extra paper towels, soaps and all the amenities you would need. Each bedroom will have extra blankets and pillows located in the closet. The pullout couch also has a pack of blankets, pillows, and sheets in the main hallway closet. Six full sets of towels are placed in each bathroom, with two sets of soaps to get your started. There are two Roku TVs located in the unit and the living room has a relaxing gas fireplace.
Guests will have full access to their reserved units, common deck/pool areas, assigned ski locker, and community laundry room. One covered parking spot is also offered. Access information for all of these areas are located in the Welcome Binder inside the unit.

I normally do not go into too much detail with a review because we are not that picky but I feel this place justifies it. Let me start with the positives. The location is very good. Steps to Lionshead and a short easy walk to the ski slopes. I was concerned about the walk with skis because of a bum knee but it was not a problem at all. The views are wonderful and it has a freakishly large private patio. Location to the hot tub/pool (pool closed in winter) was excellent. The Beds were very comfortable.
Now the cons: When we arrived the place was dirty. The trash had not been taken out and there were crumbs on the counter top. Candy wrappers under the coffee table. We ended up cleaning the place just to feel comfortable. The place is outdated and a bit shabby. They would really benefit from a remodel and a new management company with a better cleaning crew. The heating system was awful. Baseboard heat that was virtually uncontrollable. Had to open doors and windows to sleep. Then it would get too cold.
Lastly, the drapes in the bedrooms would not function and when I called the management company the response was was "yeah we know, we are going to try and get those fixed this summer." Seriously?!?!?! We are on the first floor!!! To sum it up. Great place and location but desperately needs a remodel and new property management.
