About this house rental
This condo is equipped with all new high end appliances and modern finishes. It receives tons of natural light from the expansive floor to ceiling windows. The building has an on-site spa, large swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor cabanas, fitness center, tennis court, and a putting green.
It's centrally located in midtown Miami just south of the design district, east of wynwood, and north of edgewater near all of the trendy restaurants, bars, shopping, groceries, and 15 minutes from Miami International Airport.
Close enough to the action but quiet enough to ensure a restful sleep

Ideal for 3 single adults or 3 couples traveling together
This massive 1,400+ sq foot (130 sq meter) corner unit is designed to be a true home away from home. Expansive balcony with floor to ceiling windows throughout, tons of natural light and east facing partial water views of Biscayne Bay .

In the heart of midtown, walking distance from the Design District and Wynwood, this is a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The building staff were all very friendly and our host, Rick, was always available and helpful. Also a very dog friendly building and area. Everything we needed was in the condo and it was clean and bright and spacious. We had a wonderful experience.

Loved staying here, Rick was a great host and was extremely responsive to any request we had. The apartment is spacious and has great views. Would definitely stay here on our next trip back!
