Complete remodel -Sleeps up to 16 people in beds! This inviting 5 bedroom/5 ½ bathroom spacious home is located in the heart of Pinehurst, NC - a short drive to the world-renowned Pinehurst Country Club. Located on Course #3, 13th hole, this lovely home is not just ideal for golf and tennis aficionados, but perfect for family gatherings as well. This spacious and immaculate home is laid out on two levels providing all the amenities of home. Each bedroom has two full beds, ensuite private bathroom and newly added Smart TVs!
All new hardwood floors throughout! The master bedroom, with amazing views of the course, has a king size bed, a walk in closet and a master bathroom with double vanity, Jacuzzi jetted tub, walk in shower and a private commode. Each guest bedroom has 2 double beds (all new bedding) and ensuite private attached bathroom. Spectacular views of the course off the back deck are the highlight of this beautiful home and provide an inviting place to grill, sit in a rocking chair or sip morning coffee. The home also has an office, including a computer and printer for those working remotely. Smart TV and Wifi are among the amenities offered by the Tee House.
Our elevated deck overlooks the beautiful Pinehurst number 3 golf course, hole #13. The views are amazing! Lounge and entertain on the deck with BBQ gas grill, outdoor dining table and lounge chairs overlooking the course. The local wildlife will pay a visit if you have a keen eye!
The home offers a circular driveway plus additional parking area in front of the 2-car garage. We have keyless, self check-in and garage door opener to make access to the home easy and convenient including unloading all your golf gear when you finish your round.
Pinehurst's majestic, quiet tree-lined neighborhoods offer a perfect backdrop to your visit to the area. The home is located on the 13th tee box of the Pinehurst #3 Course. The picturesque views from the back deck are stunningly green - stretching all the way along the #13 fairway up to the green. The home is so close, you can even pop into the house for a quick refreshment as you meander through your round!
The world-renowned Pinehurst Country Club, Magnolia Inn and Village of Pinehurst are just a 5-minute drive away. Within 10 minutes of the home, you will find everything you need - grocery, restaurants, liquor stores, bank, shopping, gas stations, movie theaters and more. Be sure to check out our favorite restaurant in Pinehurst Village, the Villagio Ristorante at the Magnolia Inn. A spectacular dining experience not to be missed.
A car is recommended to access the home and the surrounding areas of Pinehurst, Southern Pines and Aberdeen however both Uber and Lyft are offered in the area.

Nice, comfortable property in quiet neighborhood in Pinehurst. Advertizes it sleeps 16 but comfortable for no more than 12 adults if you sleep separately
