This is hands-down the nicest Vrbo I’ve stayed at. The house is literally brand-new, beds comfortable, kitchen stocked, lighting well-thought out. Back porch is private and cozy. What a win. The only downfall at all is the neighborhood is a little sketchy. Seems like there’s a lot of construction, hopefully it’s on an upswing. The house provides a fenced-in private parking spot though. Walkable to the stadium and Tower of Americas. Overall I’d highly recommend.

We really liked the house.
It was very clean and cozy.
We didn't like the neighborhood though.
Also a lot of noise from the trains during the night.

The house was excellent! It was clean & met all our needs. Marjorie was a great host & quick to reply to messages. The proximity to downtown was wonderful. The neighborhood wasn’t particularly nice but there appears to be improvements/updates on the horizon. We would stay there again!
