This spaThis beach house is so inviting and relaxing with it's large private pool and floor plan. This spacious beach house has a inviting and comfortable common are with comfortable couches and seating for all. There is a large fully equipped kitchen and bar seating. There are three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Another bedroom provides a queen bed along with a bunk bed with a twin on top and full size bed on the bottom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There are three full bathrooms with showers and vanity sinks. There is also a full size washer and dryer. There is a private separate patio with a grill for cooking and patio furniture. The private pool has a patio table with chairs and chaise lounges to soak up the ocean breeze. The house is located .5 miles from two different beach accesses.

Very cute house and nice pool. Lots of pool/beach towels and amenities. The smoke detector in main bedroom started chirping (battery) the morning we checked out and probably needs to be replaced

Overall stay was good. Empty beer cans when we arrived. Back bedroom where our 2 sons slept tv didn't work. Master bedroom tv didn't have a remote to control volume or power. Microwave didn't always work. Beds were small and uncomfortable. House is for sale maybe the new owners will fix these items if they keep it as a rental.

There are several minor annoyances that could be fixed easily to make this a 5 star vacation rental. There are concerns that previous renters voiced in their reviews that had not been addressed by the time that we stayed here, which was disappointing. The TV in the master bedroom is missing the power cord. I messaged the property manager several times through the app and several through text over the course of 3 days. She replied only once with no explanation as to why she hadn’t replied yet and did not fix TV. The refrigerator makes a very loud noise at random times throughout the day and night.
Pros;
The house is beautifully decorated and the floors are gorgeous. The pool was a huge hit for our family. We enjoyed the grill as well. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. I would stay here again as long as the minor issues were resolved and the manager was more attentive.
