Space comfortably fits 2 adults but can accommodate an additional 2 children or 2 adults on futon sofa. Maximum 4 adults per room (more than 2 incur an additional charge of $15/person/nights stay.)

Didn’t really hear much from host and when I tried to call, no one called back. I don’t believe the air unit was working in the front room. Very clean and comfortable.
