New carpeting. Queen master bedroom with en suite bathroom; Large 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds, 3rd bedroom full size bed. All beds are pine log. In addition... Both living room and game room have pull out sofa beds and there is also a full size futon

Sitting on a private cleared acre + of land which is great for outdoor fun! Sloped for sledding, we have a few 'sleds' for the kids.
