To guarantee that hot tub or pool is heated, PLEASE REQUEST HEATING AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL WITH CHARGES APPLY. This allows sufficient time for the heating process to complete. Heating takes approximately three days to fully heat the POOL. It takes an hour to heat up the HOT TUB
We understand that plans sometimes change. However, please be aware that last-minute requests for heating the pool may not be fulfilled. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds, compensation, or reimbursements if heating is unavailable due to a late request.

This Tropic house did not disappoint! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Very spacious living room & master bedroom. Nice neighborhood and neighbors. Kitchen had all the amenities. Loved the backyard! Pool was great and our boys enjoyed the putting green. The pup potty area & trash can was an added bonus. Very convenient. The driveway was long enough for us to keep our Chevy diesel attached to our trailer with our 24' wakesetter boat, which was nice. Would highly, highly recommend this property. Patti was great! Communication was easy and quick. We didn't have any issues at all with this property. Top notch!! Can't wait to stay here again.

Located just against the foothills, nice, quiet, and secluded, but still close enough to everything you need. Very clean and easy contactless check in. Nice open floor plan with big windows that look out into the backyard. Very dog and kid friendly. Wish the backyard had a tv for sports would be my only recommendation. But would definitely stay again.

By far the nicest place we have rented ..... ever. The house was amazing and in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Updated with all the latest amenities, EVERYTHING worked perfectly and it was spotless when we arrived. The backyard was perfect. Lots of seating, nice outdoor eating area, the pool was beautiful and even warmed up enough for us to swim the last few weeks. Obvious attention to details by the owner and the property manager, Patti. Can't wait to be back next December as we have made friends with many of the neighbors... We are spoiled now!!

Property was as described and was set up for our dog to stay as well. Property manager was easy to communicate with and available. It was nice that this property had a garage you can park in. Very relaxing property.
