This home features two west-facing rear balconies with bay views and sunsets that are the perfect way to end a beach vacation day. There is a seating area and dining table for 6 on the 1st floor balcony, while the 2nd floor balcony has another dining table for 6 and 4 adirondack chairs for relaxing. The front of the house features a large wrap around balcony to enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Large open patio at ground level includes outdoor shower for beach cleanup. Gas grill available for your convenience.

I don’t even know where to start. This home is absolutely gorgeous. The view was picturesque. The owners should be very proud of this home. We had 9-10 people in the group. We were never crammed. There is so much living space here. We gathered in the game-room and played family games, watched movies, and had a blast reconnecting with one another. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the multiple balcony options. Everything we needed, to cook our meals, was provided. The owners were very accommodating. Very attentive. My husband was having medical issues when we first got into town and we were allowed to check in earlier. We will GLADLY rent from here again. 5 star review but could’ve been 10!

The restaurant and bar at beach club were closed due to renovations-major bummer- but we survived.

This is a beautiful and spacious property and our family had a wonderful time being together. There was enough space for everyone and we were even allowed to extend our checkout time to coordinate travel departure with out of town family members.
We visit vacation homes every Thanksgiving and this house is absolutely one of my favorite 😍.

We had a great three night stay at the house. It was beautiful like the pictures showed. Kitchen was well stocked. It was very convenient to have a few items you might need - a couple of laundry pods, dish pods, trash bags, etc. Because we were there three nights it was enough for our stay. We would have likely needed more for a week stay.
I generally will not stay at properties that aren’t beach front, especially for ease with young children. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use the Pointe West Beach Club. Parking was easy and available right next to the boardwalk. When we were done at the beach we walked back up the boardwalk which led right to the pool and grill area. The menu at the grill was great (could have used more kid friendly items if you have picky eaters) and the pool was nice. I would recommend getting the wristbands for access it made all the difference. Ours was $15/person for length of stay (not daily).
Overall a great choice for our two families that went. The kids are already upset that they came home to bedrooms that don’t have tvs in them. Haha. Definitely recommend staying here! Owner was very responsive!
