This part of the Pineapple Pad is the perfect space for a small family and quick trip to the beach! The fun bunkbeds make such a unique getaway for the kids and the king bed allows the adult to sprawl out and relax. The studio is located on the 1st floor and is poolside so you can watch the littles swim as you relax on the front patio. The unit comes with a smart TV with cable, seating area and a small kitchenette which offers a small refrigerator, microwave, and keurig coffee maker. This unit can be rented as is or combine it with unit (104) next door and open up the space to a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that can sleep up to 6! - ask host for details. The pineapple pad is located in the newly converted Coastal Waters condominium that has some great onside amenities such as a heated pool, gas BBQ's grills, outdoor lounge chairs and direct beach access. Centrally located, next to 27th ave park, and within walking distance to many great restaurants such as Izzy's Tacos, SoNapa Grille and Chases on the Beach!

I originally only booked one night but decided a week before that we wanted to stay two nights. I contacted the host via email and through the vrbo app. They responded within just a few hours with the new day added to the booking. The day of arrival, we were able to enter with ease. We did have to park across the street but the traffic isn’t bad so crossing the road was easy. I loved the access to the beach and the location of the room right outside the pool. The sitting area right outside the pool needed to be swept a little better (there were some cigarette butts on the ground). The room was clean and bed was comfy. Biggest complaint about the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out the water temperature and the pressure was non-existent. I basically couldn’t wash my hair the two nights we stayed there. Location, however, was perfect. Close to restaurants , ice cream, clean beach and public kids park. We would definitely stay again if the shower gets fixed.

It was small, good for a couple nights. It DID NOT smell musty. And, the towels were new, not stained. Bed was comfortable. But no soap in the bathroom. It had a Keurig coffee machine, with no coffee mug. Yes, i would stay there again for a night or 2.

Did not get check-in info till 11:30am day of check in. Requested early check-in as i could not return to property till after 8pm and did not get a response till i had already showed up and was denied by the cleaning lady. Upon arrival at 830pm there was absolutely no parking infront. I had to unload my vehicle in the dark with 2 children and then park across the street in a dark parking lot and cross a 4 lane rd in the dark to get back to my room (twice because i forgot something). Upon inspecting the room it did not smell clean just muggy, there was pubic hair in the shower, the bed did not have a protective cover on it just a thin fitted sheet that you could see the mattress detail very clear through. absolutely no parking
