The North Fork is famous for its Wineries and this home puts you in the middle of them all. The interior of the property is as advertised, updated and with beds and bedding very comfortable and kitchen adequately stocked. The host was very nice and helpful. Exterior needs work and not very inviting. Nice deck, which was important to us, but needs better cleaning and some landscaping. Convenient access to beaches. Overall good stay.

This is the second year we have stayed ay Kenny's Beach retreat and we will absolutely be back! Charming, open concept house, fits everyone easily, walking distance to the beach and a short car ride to restaurants, wineries or into downtown Greenport. Thanks so much!

This is a perfect spot for a family that wants time in great open concept house with a bbq grill and access to a wonderful beach. A perfect gem. Only wish we could have stayed longer.
