The property was great. Just as we expected. Conveniently located close to the Le Conte Center, restaurants, and shopping stores. Very clean and updated. The only thing I would like to see improved would be the quality of the pool water. It was a little murky. Overall, a great stay.

The condos themselves were nice and the pool was clean and kept up. The location of the property was close to downtown attractions, restaurants, and stores. The properties in closest proximity were sketchy and very rundown. We also had a lot of difficulty with our keypad. Someone was directed to come out and fix it, which they did, but the metal plate on the actual lock was very loose and made it difficult to engage the lock. We continued to have trouble getting our door to lock/unlock. Otherwise, the condo was nice!

The condo has been updated and is very nice. One bathroom had obviously had a shower leak and the floor and walls around the shower were stained. The leak had also made the laminate on the floor in front of the toilet come unglued and it stuck to your bare feet when you got out of the shower. The bathroom light also went off in the middle of my shower but it came back on by the time I had gotten out. No other problems with it after that. The location, even though close to the strip which was great, had some issues. The surrounding properties are unkept and looked sketchy but we didn’t have any problems. The 20 plus geese and ducks (and I know, not the problem of the property owner) that must live right there at the condo by the creek were VERY loud. We had to come inside from the balcony several times because of the honking and screeching.The condo itself was lovely and nice, but I probably will not book here again because of surroundings and noisy geese.
