Beautiful LARGE UNIQUE one-bedroom (835 sq ft) luxury complex that offers tons of amenities! Can accommodate up to 4 people. This is one of the largest rental units in Casa Costa. All brand new appliances. The bedroom has 2 queen size beds and you have 1 1/2 bathrooms. You will get to enjoy two sparkling pools on the 5th floor landing with views to the Atlantic and over the nature reserve as well as a fitness center, sauna with a men and women's locker room, large gym/fitness center, billiards room, library, small Business Center, valet parking, secure parking garage and 24 hour guarded front desk
Suite includes a full well-equipped kitchen with oven and granite countertops, dining area, living area with large flat screen TV, bedroom with two queen size beds and a flat screen TV, walk-in closet, 1 full marble bathroom plus another half bathroom. You also have a private balcony with table and two chairs. You are less than 1 mile to the beach and a short drive to downtown Delray Beach. Your a short walk to several restaurants.

My husband and I went for a nice 4-day weekend getaway and this place was perfect. It was clean and the owner was very responsive to us before our trip. Easily accessible areas for shopping and we also liked that the beach was nearby. And the pool area was perfect for the days we stayed in. Beautiful place hope to stay there again.

The property is great, plenty of amenities and the staff was always so friendly. It's located near Walmart (avoid Publix), a coffee shop, ice cream shop and only a couple minute drive to the beach. Our condo was beautiful, everything as described and fit our needs perfectly. The beds were amazing which is a big deal to me. Once we figured out check-in everything went smoothly all week. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
