By car you can visit South Marco Island Beach 18 minutes from the house, or 20 minutes to Naples Pier & Downtown. (they offer paid parking space)
Inside: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, king bed in the primary suite, queen in the guest room, sleeper sofa, TVs, fast Wi-Fi.
Amenities: new kitchen, modern furnishings, in-ground pool, covered porch with seating, propane grill, and driveway parking.
* On the Water: Southwest Florida is a boater’s paradise. Launch kayaks behind the house (depending on the tide) or visit Capri Paddle Park (10 minutes by car) for endless mangrove tunnels and calm waters. If you bring a trailer boat, Collier Boulevard Boating Park is only 10 minutes away from the house by car and about 20 minutes by water (including no-wake zones).

Great location, well equipped home, cozy and comfortable. Only wished there was better lighting in the patio for night use and boat docking was available but otherwise, would definitely return.

We were very excited to go to this place since it had flawless reviews. Once we got there we noticed the pictures made this place look better than it was. We noticed tiny bugs (no-see-um's?) on the kitchen counter and in the bathrooms. The neighbors had parties until midnight and are very close to the Main bedroom. Windows were not sound proof at all and you could here pretty much any neighbor conversations being had. The property manager was responsive to any needs but still not a 5 star experience as the previous reviews indicated.
