This place was nice but not super kid-friendly because of the stairs and no baby gate provided.

The layout of this apartment was great, and accommodated all three in our party (3 adults no pets). There was plenty of towels, extra sheets, and complimentary toiletries. They had a Roku tv set up like a hotel so we know all of our log ins will get deleted after our checkout date. Rooms have been updated since the listing.
The check in process was easy, they offered us late checkout with purchase, and the location was really great!
However, there was a VERY heavy pet urine smell throughout the entire property. It was so strong and overwhelming that we immediately had to head to Walmart to buy our own pet odor eliminators since only a scented spray was available in the apartment which only made the smell worse (The smell of fruit and pet urine don’t mix well). We had to sleep with all the sliding doors and windows open, which made for some freezing nights even with the heaters going, and no matter what we did, the smell just lingered. Having to pay out of pocket for all that was a bit inconvenient. The description of the property DOES state pet friendly, so as dog owners ourselves we excepted a bit of a smell, but none of us anticipated the smell of actual pet urine. Specially since the property owner set up outdoor spaces for animals to use the restroom.
If it weren’t for the smell of the apartment, we probably would consider staying here again because it had the potential to be a great stay, but due to that I can’t say we will be back.
