Enjoy open corner lot close to Barstown Rd. Less than 15’ away from Churchill Downs, theaters, hospitals, universities in a suburban area between exits 16&14 of 264-E. Up to 4 cars in driveway and garage for 2 cars . Self checking and ADT protected. Space . Privacy and cleanness house in a walking area and bus line. House accommodation for 8 people. 6 guests in beds 1 in sofa bed and 1 in convertible chair in office. 1 queen, 2 full, 2 twins, 1 sofa bed, 1 convertible chair.

ENTERING THE PLACE: The house has three private bedroom with four beds to accommodate up six guests, however there are three more common areas where you can accommodate up four more temporally extra guests in your/their own air beds, at no extra cost. Host do not provide air beds.

-The house could be walked on a circle: Open the front door and step in the foyer where a half-moon table with a bouquet of seasonal flowers, and a mirror is welcoming you. Then take a right to the living room fallowed by the dining room, and finally you will be in the open kitchen-family room. From the family room walk toward the panoramic window , open the door of the master/guest full bathroom with shower, and continue to the master bedroom.
Using the second the master bedroom second door the get access to the hallway. once in the hallway you will see bedroom 2 with double bed, and bedroom 3 with twins' beds. Full bath with shower and bathtub combination is located on that hallway as well. By exiting the hallway between bedrooms, you will be back to the front entrance. Take a left and walk through the open kitchen and family room already seem, and go directly to the attached garage door. Open the garage door to face the right outside of the house: Driveway, back patio with furniture and small chalk coal grill, and side patio with furniture. From the back yard take a walk or a look around the half-acre empty corner yard and enjoy an open forest view in my centrally located place.
