About this villa rental
Villa Julia is one of the pearls of Cocotal Golf Country Club. Recently completely renovated and located on one of the largest lots of Cocotal Golf. Enjoy the experience of staying at a luxury serviced villa! WE ARE HERE TO SERVE YOU AND TO GIVE YOU AN UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!
The villa is located on a quiet street in Cocotal and consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor we find a large living room, dining room for 10 people, large kitchen with an island, and 2 suites. The second floor consists of four suites (3 with a king bed and one with a queen bed). All rooms have been renovated. We find on the second floor, a second terrace with a second dining room plus a living area. Finally, the garden of the villa, recently closed with palms that provide more privacy to the pool area. The garden also has a gazebo with a dining table, BBQ and a rest area. The garden area is completed with a beautiful 5 foot deep pool and a beautiful waterfall for a perfect day of relaxation.
The whole villa is yours. There is no one else to share with. The swimming pool and garden are private. The property is located in Cocotal Golf & Country Club, 5 min away from the main entrance. Gated area with private security 24 hours. There is a free car park available at the property.
