Beautiful up to date cottage. Nice view of the bay. Good kitchen with a nice selection of equipment. Cold ac and hood water pressure. Only issue downstairs storage wouldn’t lock and large burner on stove didn’t work.

Yes, pleased with the accommodations. Great setup for someone with a boat

This house was newer and clean. And the location was nice with a good view of the lagoon. So we enjoyed our stay overal. However, it lacked a lot of the basics and needs some TLC so be prepared to handle those. For example, no chairs for the outside deck or porch. Bring your own chairs. No spices so we ran to the store to buy salt and pepper which we left at the house for future guests. Lights didn’t work on the carport, shower drain was clogged etc etc. We would probably return but just be better prepared.

Great location on the South Side. Super clean and well stocked with the necessities. Definitely a place to consider if a pier is optional.
