About this house rental
This beautiful, spacious home is located only a few blocks from the main road leading straight to the beach. It's located 7 miles from Panama City Beach! This Clean, comfortable, & cozy space is a completely private house situated on a cal-de-sac in the heart of Panama City. This uniquely decorated home features a coffee & tea bar, extra comfortable beds / bedding and a private, screened in back porch. MUST BE 21 TO BOOK! Our space features stainless-steel appliances & a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom offers a king size pillow-top bed & a private bathroom. 2 additional rooms feature queen size pillow-top beds. The 4th bedroom features a futon bunk-bed, a daybed & a roll-away bed. There is also a queen sized fold-out bed located inside the couch. All rooms include a smart TV and a Firestick, with HBOmax, Showtime, Hulu, Netflix and FOX Nation on them. You may login to your own accounts, just make sure you log out of them before you leave. We're not responsible for any charges to your accounts from other guests due to your failure to log out.

Took 11 grown adults on charter fishing trip. House was wonderful. All sleeping quarters were comfortable. Appliances were high quality everything was great.

We came down for a short weekend to visit some family friends close by. We usually stay at a condo on the beach, but we were going in February, so this was our first stay off the beach. It was exactly what we needed - clean and accommodating! Love the decor and the virtual fireplace actually came in handy since temperatures dipped in the low 30's. If we are ever coming for a short visit off the beach again, we would definitely stay here again. They left us some treats on the counter on the day we checked in which was very nice. The owners were responsive and we had 0 issues with the property.
