About this house rental
BAYFRONT BEAUTY! Spectacular sunset and wetland views, a boatslip, jetski dock and a private, tranquil location highlight this superior vacation home! Amenities include 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths & 1 Half bath, stainless appliances, granite countertops, central air, a fireplace and much more. You will love the expansive deck and dock area where you can relax and enjoy the amazing vistas and colorful sunsets! Kayaks are included for your fun and you can bring your boat and/or jetskis to experience the vacation of a lifetime!
First floor has a King suite with private bath, and queen room, and full bath, kitchen, living room, enclosed sitting area, and dining table. Not to mention an enormous deck with multiple lounging areas. You will want to be outdoors the entire vacation. The second floor offers three additional bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed that has a trundle bed (single bed) that pulls out from under this queen bed, and a chair that turns into a single bed. And the other two bedrooms on the second floor each have one queen in each of them.
Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
Check in 1pm/Check out 10am. Property owner does not allow pets.

We've been renting a house in July for our extended family (4 generations) for years. We had 11 of us ranging from 90 years old to 18 months old. The house is very well appointed, comfortable and clean. The owner supplied many extras like beach towels, beach chairs, condiments, bathroom items, phone chargers, etc. The highlight of the house is the huge deck on the water. We spent many hours there. the sunsets were spectacular. Because we had small children we brought some collapsible gates and secured them to the deck and dock openings with zip ties. It was a perfect way to enjoy the space without worrying about the kids. It is about a 10 minute easy walk to the ocean beach. having beach passes at the house was also great. The town and the block where the house is located are very bike friendly. The town is busy in July but a quaint spot with great restaurants and stores. We traveled to the Wildwood boardwalk for a day. The bigger kids really enjoyed that. We also spent some time in Cape May. If you're looking for a spot to spread out, enjoy the waterfront and unwind, this house is perfect.
