We had 11 people with three families and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were excited to discover the walking paths in this neighborhood as well as the Bald Eagles nesting across the street. The house has lots of room and is well equipped. We chose to drive to the main beach access but you could walk it if you wanted. It was a very relaxing stay.

We chose this home because it was large enough for our families and within a short drive to Pelican Brew & the beach. We enjoyed the large living areas and dining room with enough chairs to seat everyone around the table. The verandas were nice, but I wish there were more outdoor chairs.
There were enough dishes, bowls, and silverware for our entire group, but there could have been more coffee mugs. Plenty of pots, pans, and skillets.
The beds were very comfortable. We were happy to discover that there was, in fact, 1 king bed on the lowest level (as opposed to the bunk beds that were listed). There were not enough towels in the home and the ones that were there should definitely be replaced. No longer bright white, they were showing their wear. I had to ask Guest Services to deliver more towels because we were short 3 ... I called in the morning and they were delivered at 4:30 pm (and we only got 3, no more, no less). So basically for the 3 days we were there, each guest only got 1 towel. It would have been nice to get a few spare towels.
My biggest complaint was how dirty the floors were when we arrived. They may have been swept, but they clearly needed to be mopped. Our toddler had dirty knees & bottom after just a little while crawling around. If the cleanliness and towel situation were improved, it would have been a 5 star review.

Quiet neighborhood, lots of space, and a BUNCH of classic arcade games made for an entertaining stay. Everyone who attended said they'd love to stay here again.
