About this apartment rental

Studio apartment with bath, kitchen, and bedroom/living room/dining area. Fully furnished with washer and dryer, Ideal for couple with one queen bed. Studio apt. on lower floor of my home with separate entrance. Not easily accessible for guests with walking related disabilities. Picture included is of cement steps not path. Ten minutes from downtown Newburyport. Thirty minutes to Portsmouth, NH and Gloucester, MA.

Overall, check-in was a breeze. Aside from the easy check-in, this property was the dirtiest we have ever experienced at any vacation rental over the last 10 yrs. . It was definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. There were long hairs in tub and on bathroom floor. Counters, table top, placemats, and shelves all were grimy and dusty with food matter on dining room table and counters as well. Sticky substance on floors and spills in the refrigerator. Sheets and towels clean and fresh.
