This condo is spacious and open, offering central air conditioning, large windows, and a floor plan that brings together the kitchen, the dining room, and the living room. There's a screened-in porch where you can begin each morning as well as a large flatscreen TV in the living room to help you cap each evening.
The condo complex is rich with amenities, including two outdoor hot tubs, two outdoor pools, an exercise room, and free shuttle service to the 5,000-square-foot, open-air, gulf-front beach club with a restaurant, a pool, beach service, and beach access. There's also a lighted tennis court, a barbecue area, and an 18-hole golf course with a pro shop and a driving range. This home is also less than 12 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!
If you plan to golf, the course is a par-71, signature-designed, championship course featuring Sea Dwarf paspalum grass from the tee through the green for optimum quality playing surfaces and green speeds. Each hole includes five sets of tees and offers players of all skill levels a unique visual and strategic experience. The course, redesigned by the Arnold Palmer Design Group in 2006, was the first course in the state of Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the rental. There were a few small problems, but it's a rental. Nothing is perfect. We will definitely be repeat customers. We were VERY pleased.

Views from all the windows, except one which overlooked the stairs and garbage chute, were beautiful. The unit was bright and inviting. The carpet in the living room was badly stained and should be replaced and three of the 6 chairs were in bad shape. I sat in one and ended up on the concrete floor on my hip. Just a little sore but it could have been worse. We all loved the screened in balcony and although it was hot and humid the fans helped the area to be a place we spent a lot of our "home" time in. One problem we did have when we first arrived was that we couldn't get information on calling for the shuttle to the beach. I called vacasa and the lady I spoke with didn't know. She said she would check but didn't hear back from her. Fortunately, a guest we met in the elevator gave us the number and we had no further issues. We were very satisfied with 206 San Anton on the whole and plan to return in the future.

Everything was really nice. Housekeeping could use some improvement. One of the kitchen cabinets was full of crumbled cereal.
I personally clean properties for a living so I check everything when I stay somewhere.

The grounds of this complex inside Lost Key golf course are beautiful, the pool is great, the golf course is challenging and in terrific shape. The unit has clearly always been a rental and lacks the touches of a place someone once called home. But the beds are comfy, there are plenty of towels and tvs, and the location is great for golf.
