We enjoyed our stay. The location is wonderful, we were impressed by the clubhouse and amenities included, that made the stay. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner did not keep up with the temperature I set it to in 90 degree heat. We arrived and it was set to 75, and sometimes reached 77 even after lowering it to 72 and to 70 to try to get it cool. There was long black curly hair left in the bathroom- stuck to the painting- that’s an ick for me but I was able to overlook it because I also shed and know the challenge of getting every hair. We were attending a funeral, I took out the iron to care for my dress and the water reservoir dumped onto my dress and was broken prior to my use but I was not aware. We got caught up with a canceled flight because of hurricane Milton and they simply said they’d extend our stay and sandbags are on the porch-it felt very business handled- not empathetic or personable with the stress of our situation but this is a business.

Beautiful condo. Clean & comfortable for our family. Would definitely recommend to others. Hosts respond quickly. Very close to Disney & other attractions.

Before the stay began and after the check-in time, there were no instructions received about the door code or wifi password. The owner responded in a timely manner, but this information should have been provided prior to check-in time. There were also no check-out instructions provided. The condo overall was clean however there were several things we noticed including a used sponge left in the sink and an empty water bottle on the ground. Faintly smelled of smoke. The layout wasn’t the best as the master bedroom window was right next to an outside light & curtains installed weren’t enough to make the room dark. Noise from other tenants walking down the hall (by the bedroom) didn’t allow for extra morning sleep. It was an affordable stay for an a Orlando vacation, however there are other condos in this area that had better overall setups, better communication with owners, and were more enjoyable stays in the past.
