About this house rental
Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom (king bed in the master and queen bed in the second bedroom) /2 bath, plus DEN (den has two twin beds) . Maintenance-free single family home. Interiors have multiple upgrades including granite countertops, stainless appliances, tile throughout main living area, upgraded wood cabinets. Large lanai with a lake view, tables and grill for your use. We have beach chairs and bikes. Large screen TV in the living room (only Apps like Netflix, Prime video, You Tube etc). Open floor plan in the living room and kitchen.
Maintenance free includes complete upkeep of landscaping as well as use of amenities such as heated pool with fountain accents, well-appointed fitness center, summer kitchen with covered dining, tennis and basketball courts, kiddy park and tranquil nature walk for enjoyment ofour tremendous amount of greenbelt area. All of this in a gated community only minutes away from easy access to I-75 and an array of gorgeous beaches--***HOME HAS GREAT LAKE VIEW.

A perfect house, with a lot of room for my family to come and visit me, as I am newly retired! The host was excellent and the neighbors were great! Thank you!!

The house is in a lovely gated community with a pool, fitness room and tennis and basketball courts. It is 20-15 minutes from Nokomis Beach, which is a beautiful beach with free parking. The house is spacious and the furniture and beds are comfortable.
The selection of pots and pans, IKEA utensils, dishes, glasses and silverware is fine. The house could use a couple of baking dishes/pans. There is a set of 3 different sized cookie sheets but nothing else if you’re a baker. A couple of cookie cooling racks, a 13x9 pan and a 8” square pan and round cake pans would be nice. Most of the bath towels - with the exception of 4 - need to be replaced as they are very thin and poor quality. The sheets for the king bed do not fit the depth of the mattress so they pop off and need the be fixed every morning. There is a drip coffee maker but a Keurig would be nice.
There is a nice screened in Lanai with a table & 4 chairs as well as a lounger and gas grill. The grill was filthy when we arrived. We left it clean. The garage has a great assortment of beach towels, beach/pool toys, noodles, 2 kayaks, fishing gear, a beach cart, small coolers and beach chairs and a beach umbrella. A couple of the chairs are in very poor condition and should be replaced. The listing photo shows a TV in the master but it isn’t connected so that photo should be removed. I shouldn’t have to ask if all electronics work.
