LIVING/KITCHEN AREA After a fun-filled beach day, relax in the open concept living room/kitchen area where you can watch a movie or your favorite show on the smart TV with swivel mount so that you can watch from anywhere in the room and pre-loaded channel apps. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full-size appliances (including dishwasher). Enjoy your culinary masterpiece or have a delicious meal delivered through Uber Eats or other food and grocery delivery options.
BEDROOM & BATH This first-floor apartment/condo comfortably sleeps up to four adults between the bedroom and the cozy daybed with trundle bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed that has a new mattress and hotel quality linens. There is also a smart TV so that you can snuggle up in and enjoy your favorite shows and movies. The well-appointed bathroom is configured with a shower and fresh soft towels.

Your reservation includes 1 free assigned parking space, additional spaces may be available upon request for a fee of $25 per day .
Any guests that are not listed on the reservation are allowable with host permission and a $20 per day fee for each additional guest.

We really enjoy our stay. Kathy and Eddie were so kind. We had everything we need to be just relax during our weekend. The beach is just across the street and the owners offer the beach chairs, towels, umbrellas etc.
A lot the places to eat and enjoy drinks around the area. We also had a barbecue using the grill the property has. I could recommend everyone Madeira beach and specialty this property.

This was an incredible find. We walked in and it’s super clean. They had welcoming tropical music playing when we entered, adorable decorations every where you looked. seriously nice touches throughout. everything you could possibly need is here. lovely little new kitchen. tVs were both equipped with Roku. The shower pressure was just awesome. We even had a chance to meet the owners who are very nice and welcoming. The beach is a very short walk across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The supply, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and everything you can possibly need. We even took time each night to stroll through the neighborhood after dinner. Just book you’ll love it.

Cleanest place I've stayed at by far. Host were incredibly nice and super cool. Bar and restaurants next and beach across street. Will definitely come back and look forward to it. Thank Kathy and Eddie

My wife and two of our dear friends spent the week in this darling VRBO. Ideally, this rental would work best for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 smaller children. The one bedroom has a dresser and space to hang clothes, but anyone sleeping in the living room/kitchen area will need to live out of their suitcase. The one full bath is through the bedroom, so the people sleeping in the living room / kitchen area need to walk through the bedroom to use the bathroom. We didn't mind this at all, but we also didn't fully understand the setup when inviting our 2 friends to join us. We made do and were comfortable, but others should know what the space is truly like before booking. The listing says "sleeps up to 4". Also, the kitchen was fully equipped to cook and the extra unit used as a beach supplies storage unit had everything needed to enjoy the beach comfortably. The owner has 4 bikes for use which we took advantage of to pop the 1/2 mile down to CVS, Winn Dixie, or Speedway for things like groceries, ice, or soda/drinks. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. The beach is literally across the street. The owner was there daily and quick to take care of anything needed. I would definitely rent here again!
