Overall our FIRST impressions were horrible (see below) but the apartment itself was nice and clean once we finally got inside. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans for those who enjoy cooking. The main bedroom and bathroom were very nice. The side room had a bunk bed with 2 queen mattresses. The Living room was nice and spacious. Parking was very close, enough for 2 vehicles and there are lots of food spots and stores just 1.8 miles down the road. Centrally located to Vail, Brek and Keystone.
Overall we would stay here again but there was a big issue with getting into the place due to poor instructions given by Vacasa/booking.com/owners... The address given via email and booking.com was "2610 Ryan Gulch Road 2322 Silverthorne, CO". Upon arriving to address given, 2610 was NOT the correct address/apartment. it took +/-30 minutes of standing in the freezing cold, literally 3* outside, talking to a vacasa rep on the phone to get the correct information to get into the correct apartment which wound up being apartment #2322 and NOT 2610..
#1 the code given to me was a 4 digit code. Apt 2610 had a "a-z" lock box. I tried to open the door, it was unlocked and someone was obviously LIVING in there which was a major red flag...
#2 After waiting for about 15 mins in the cold, we decided to try apartment 2322 even though it wasn't the direct address given. There was a PHYSICAL KEY lockbox to the left of the apartment door with the exact code I was given entered into the lock box BUT it would NOT unlock when pressing the unlock tab!
#3. after standing there for sometime and waiting for a Vacasa rep to call me back, I noticed the lock on the door itself looked funny. To my surprise, there is a DIGITAL KEYLESS ENTRY to the apartment...... LIKE WTF, why would you put a key lock box next to your door when you have a digital keyless entry?! Even if its for House Keeping, y'all can find a much better place for it to not confuse your guests.
#4, you MUST give better instructions when booking your place! I know for a fact that if older people were staying with you, all hell would be raised.... How hard is it to write the CORRECT ADDRESS to include the actual APARTMENT #2322... I don't understand why apartment 2610 was given to me in the first place... AND INFORM GUESTS THERE IS A KEYLESS ENTRY!!
After figuring out this ridiculous puzzle, we finally got into the correct apartment. The owner (I assume that's who called me back after reaching out to a Vacasa rep) called just as we figured out how to get inside... We did receive a call with in a reasonable amount of time for reference, it just sucked standing in the freezing cold for an extended period of time.

This condo was driving distance to four of the epic pass resorts. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting to ski multiple resorts
