Renovated in 2021, Happy Ours Too has 3 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room and upstairs sitting room. Wraparound porch spacious yard, underhouse area with double outdoor shower, dining table, hammock and swing.

Very clean, updated older house very close to the sound and beach. We enjoyed renting this house for the surf fishing tournament; only minutes away from the beach accesses. The owners were very communicative and close by for any questions and/or issues of which there were very few.

Unique restored beach house with great access to the sound and beach within 3 min. We were in communication with the host throughout our stay. She recommended some good places to eat the first morning and made sure our needs were met.
