Next time you visit Breckenridge, try this nicely remodeled condo just two blocks from Main Street with a ski shuttle stop right in front of the complex. You’ll love the shared hot tub and pool for relaxing after your day on the slopes or trails, too. Your group is going to love this place!
This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condo is a great choice for up to eight guests. The living area features vaulted ceilings, wraparound windows with views of the slopes, and a large gas fireplace for a warm, welcoming feel. There’s also a family room upstairs with a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player and DVDs, games for the kids to enjoy, and a desk/workspace area. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances and all the gear you’ll need to keep the troops happy and fed. The dining table seats eight.
You’ll also enjoy the in-unit washer dryer, underground parking, and elevator access from the parking garage to the unit's floor, and a private gas grill. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Condo was great for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Kitchen had everything we needed including a well stocked spice shelf and a drip coffee pot that did not require filters. Bathrooms were nice and came with hotel size amenities to get you started. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Great spot! Easy walk to town and a super short drive to the gondola. Gorgeous view of the mountain.

We had a great family weekend in Breck!

Location was good. Rugs and couch was dirty. They didn’t tell us the 2 upstairs bedrooms had no windows. The rooms were very warm had to call to get extra fans. Had to purchase fan. One of the fans in condo didn’t work. Porches were dirty. Vacuum didn’t work properly. Garbage disposal was very slow. I would probably not recommend.
