The fully equipped chef’s kitchen features premium appliances, quality cookware, and a spacious island with bar seating. At the end of each adventure-filled day, retreat to one of four spacious king suites. Each features a private en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, blackout drapes, premium linens, plush bedding, and dedicated workspaces.
The Octopus Suite offers an ADA-accessible bathroom for added convenience. Three of the king suites also feature lofts with two twin beds each, providing additional sleeping space for children ages 10 and older or agile adults. Please note that lofts are accessed by ladder and have low ceilings.

The photos online do not do this view justice. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and the view was unbeatable. Tom was amazing and met us in town to show us the way our first day there which was super helpful. We are already planning our trip back!

We had an absolutely amazing stay here. The view is unbelievable - we could sit on the back patio for hours. The hosts sent many videos and guides on how to have the best stay. We had to private chefs come to the villa and cook for us - best meals we had. The hosts recommended their favorite restaurants and they didn’t steer us wrong. Our group would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

This property was perfect for our family vacation. This was my husband and Is' 6th time in CR. We started bringing our young children to CR over 10 years ago. This trip our now adult children brought their significant others and my 77 year father in law came too. The 4 master bedrooms was the perfect layout for our family members. If we weren't sleeping we spent most of our time when at the house in the pool or around the large outdoor table. Uvita is an amazing place to visit. All the local people and businesses are so kind and welcoming. I can't wait until our next trip.

This is a stunningly beautiful property! It is clean and very well stocked with the appropriate equipment It is well suited to house several families or one big family. The furniture is comfortable and clean. The outdoor space is beautiful as well with private and group seating areas The pool is refreshing and well maintained. Good ac in bedrooms The landscaping is gorgeous!
Now the negative. The property is situated in the mountains and is relatively difficult to get to. To the credit of the property owners they do suggest you rent a 4by4 This is a must! You need to be able to navigate relatively difficult steep terrain to get to the house and to get to grocery stores below.
Also beware of the rainy season. When we were there the area experienced a black out and to our surprise and chagrin the house did not have a working generator and we spent a full day in the oppressive heat and dark. The property owners did not offer us any alternative housing thus we had to end our stay after two days even tho we scheduled for 8 days. We were told to buy candles and they would reimburse us…. We lost all of the food we bought for the stay as well. I think the black out lasted several days Also the roof leaked
To the property owners credit they did offer us a full refund which we felt was fair and considerate.
I have stayed in a quite a few VRB properties over the years and this was my most negative experience.
The weather can’t be control so a generator is a must
