Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!
The basement is equipped with a space heater for additional warmth.
Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.
Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
Please remember to bring your own beach towels if you plan to visit the beach, as we only supply bath towels.
Use of any outdoor equipment is at your own risk, and the rental agreement must be signed prior to use.

Great property and great essentials in the house for you. The property management company was great but they clearly had automated messages that would go out after I had already spoken with someone that made things a little confusing but all worked out.

The house is large, clean, fully furnished with comfortable beds. The house exceeded my expectations and really fulfilled our needs for accommodation for a large family group of all ages. It is in close proximity to shopping, dining, and the indoor and outdoor activities we enjoy. The kids really enjoyed the games/ downstairs space and the hot tub was a hit for all! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Convenient location, enjoyed the overall clean appearance, and open floor plan with living room and kitchen . The kikitchen could be better-equipped, the appliances, especially, the cooktop was frustrating to use, despite instructions mounted nearby, a team of five of us couldn’t figure out any consistency in controls. The dishwasher has mold existing on interior racks.
