After dinner, gather around the outdoor firepit and witness the sensational colors of a Southern California sunset, or relax indoors in the glow of the gas fireplace while you stream your favorite channels on the 65' flatscreen TV. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is nothing short of stunning, boasting large windows, a sunlit seating area, a private balcony with a hammock, and an exquisite en suite bathroom. Additional amenities here include a home office with a desk and chair and three monitors for remote work or schooling, a gas grill, washer/dryer, and complimentary internet access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
