-the blind on the bedroom window was broken so we used a shoe to keep blind close. Ray was made aware of this and he just apologized about it.-we asked how the AC worked and he said he ordered a new remote for it and it didn't arrive yet.-medicine cabinet fully stocked- so nice, saved us a trip to store-kitchen nicely stocked too

Great little basement apartment. About the only complaint was the lack of pots for cooking. They did have a kitchen knife that was actually sharp enough to cut stuff though, which is rare in a VRBO.

Nice quiet location. My one interaction with Ray was very positive. Ray was responsive to feedback I provided regarding some items regarding the listing and cleanliness. I hope to stay there again on another trip to Salt Lake City.
