We loved the location of this condo. Within a 10 minute drive to most restaurants and stuff to do. It’s a smaller condo, 6 floors and I believe 8 condos on each floor which means the pool, elevators, and beach were not overly crowded. This specific condo is in need of a lot of minor repairs/updates. Nothing major but the more you look around , the more you see. Paint chipping, rusted door hinges, old really outdated light fixtures, window blinds that do not work properly, ac vents and return air grate were dingy looking, storm door glass barely hanging on etc… That being said, nothing hindered our stay. Everything worked as it should and it was clean. The AC worked really well. In my opinion it’s a bit over priced for what it is but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. And Vacasa was great. I got a call as soon as we arrived asking if everything was ok and telling me to let them know if there are any issues whenever we needed to.

The view of the ocean was the best part of our vacation. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Location is great – within blocks of many restaurants. I would be very happy to return to this condo on our next vacation.

We could not get in the unit when we got there!!!! Very poor security code opening the door!!!!Will never stay at your locations again!!!!
