About this house rental

This home is on Springhouse Ct, right on the 5th fairway. Gorgeous views from the two level decks: two Fairways, the pond and the mountains in the distance. This home has 2 king beds, a queen and two twins. Three full bathrooms to choose from as well as a half bath. There is a lovely kitchen with a HUGE Great Room with dining. Just imagine BBQ'ing out on the deck watching the Greenhorn Creek golfers play through. Five minute walk to Camps Restaurant/Golf Club.

This is the same home listed as ID 711841. We are transferring to this new listed in March of 2022. Please take a look at our reviews and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. ID 711841 will not be able to take new bookings starting March 1, 2022.

If you are coming up for boating, watercraft are no longer allowed to be parked on our court or in the driveway. We are not responsible for any PG&E issued power outages (Public Safety Power Shutoff Program) and no refunds will be given for such outage. This home is NO smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no guns. If you must smoke, then do so out front only. There are cameras on the exterior for your safety and our peace of mind. They are located at the front door, driveway, back porch and in the garage. There are no cameras inside the house.

The property was okay however the owner has sold the property which is set to close escrow next week. He had removed cable for TV. Water took forever to warm up which means the water heater was turned down low. I had no access to heater to fix. The exterior front lighting was extremely low. Lights were out etc. very unsafe. The heater took forever to turn on. We had the house for 4 nights but only spent 2. Towels felt like they came from Mtel 6. Awful experience.

The house and neighborhood were beautiful. The price was fair. One of the guys got up there early and dropped off his things at the house. The owner is now trying to ding me for a $60 early check-in fee which I never requested. If the owner wants to prevent more reviews of this nature he should put in place a system to prevent early check-ins instead of this nickel and diming routine after the fact. It's borderline dishonest.

This is a residential community where everyone keeps their homes neat as a pin. The neighbors are super friendly and make you feel welcomed to this little slice of paradise. Make sure to dine at Camps restaurant, an easy 5 minute walk from the house. If you’re looking to experience a peaceful getaway in a beautiful surrounding, this is it.

We had a great time at Greenhorn Creek. The home was very elegant and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wonderful views of the golf course just off the deck and the on course pond just 60 yards from the deck. The frogs are wonderful to listen to after dark. This is a great house for 5 to six friends, plenty of room and bathrooms. The only complaint on cleanliness was the carpet in both downstairs bedrooms had stains that could easily be taken care of, the refrigerator water filter was 99 days overdue to be replaced. The biggest problem was the heater was not working and it was very cold, we had to replace the filter but that did not help, very dirty smell . The ducts definitely need cleaning the registers in downstairs bedrooms and baths did not work at all. These are all fixable problems if the manager knows about them, this is why I am stating this. We were able to connect with David and we agreed it would be easier for service to come after our stay and he agreed for compensation for the inconvenience. Overall the property is great !

Beautiful home, a short drive to many things to do. The view of the golf course was lovely especially in the evening when the lights were reflecting off the pond. Quiet and serene, comfortable for our small doggies. A short drive to Big Trees, Mercer Caverns, Jackson and Colombia. Our whole family enjoyed it. We explored the surrounding areas during the day and enjoyed an evening meal and games at night. If I could recommend 1 small improvement it would be to stock the kitchen better. It had most of the basics but if you’re into cooking you will find a few things missing. But we made due. Overall we had a great time and will definitely come back again!

My family planned out daughter's wedding at the Greenhorn Creek Golf Course and this home was the perfect place for us. The views are fantastic, the home is large with many spaces where family could spread out and enjoy each other. I was so impressed with the amenities and thoughtfulness of everything provided.
