RIMFIRE 317-318 - 2 Bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 6. Private Deck - BEDDING: BEDROOM #1 - 1 King; BEDROOM #2 QUEEN AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - This tastefully decorated ski-in and ski-out 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa and 2 sliding glass doors to let in plenty of light. Set on the deck with great views of the village and enjoy concerts in the plaza. Rimfire is the perfect location for your vacation. Right in the heart of The Village, close to all the action. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee at Starbucks, dine in one of our fine restaurants, relax in one of the hot tubs located in the complex, or walk to any of the many activities going on.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking or Vaping
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am
~ Minimum age of reservation holder is 25
~ No mailbox access will be granted, no exceptions are made.

Check-in was straightforward and communication was very good. The place was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of supplies. We very much enjoyed the convenience of the location right in the center of the village!

Disappointed and after bragging up another property by same owner Allegheny 440 was let down when finally got wifey retired vet 82 yr old dad to come to snowshoe for first time. 1. Shower was best feature great water pressure and plenty of hot water Issues: 1. Both bathrooms toilets flush terrible Sink water pressure terrible 2. Living room area doors to adjoining room need maintenance they don’t shut well / out of alignment, fire extinguisher not latched ready to fall Off wall, ceiling fan / remote doesn’t work, DVD player doesn’t work, TV remote only scrolled up and down and left, TV had limited streaming apps which in todays world should be easy and cheap to subscribe to others 3. Sofa couch look like it belonged in the 70s show And has an oily greasy look (gross) 4. Screen door to deck area was off track couldn’t shut or open 5. Bathroom door with bedroom that has 2 single beds needs fixed seems a little TLC will Help 6. Fridge not very cold could have just left food on deck get same or better results 7. 2 single beds way to tiny need to rethink that layout and not comfortable at all Again we have had great stays but disappointed with this place. Hell my wife said the Wabasso place from 3 years ago was better so that definitely is telling you this place needs some hands on TLC.
