This brand new construction building features a total of 6 residence apartments, all with their own private bathroom, kitchenette and well appointed apartments. We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Designed with the budget traveler in mind, we feature special things like Surf Board and beach towel rentals and have an onsite administrator 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you with anything you may need.

This place was very clean, comfortable and exceeded expectations. I had a great stay and can recommend based on great communication, cleanliness, comfort.

Rented room 3. Everything was very good but the shower needs a shelf installed for soap, shampoo etc. I would also recommend installing a small shelf somewhere around the sink for toiletries. This goes for some of your other rooms I’ve stayed in as the sink areas are very small
