Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

We like the updated and spacious interior, the location, and the included bed linens, wash towels, and starter toiletries. All very helpful. We appreciate the fully equips kitchen but some of the cookware is showing its age. We also appreciate the beach supplies like chairs and boogie boards. The one beach umbrella was broken but useable. Check in and check out we’re ready and the price was reasonable this year which is why we rented it again.

We loved the large balcony, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms was very convenient. Very large loving space. We loved staying here.

We didn’t know there was beach stuff provided for us. That’s a great plus! The proximity and walk to the beach was awesome! We could leave the beach stuff in the car instead of bringing it to the condo. That is a huuuuge win! The place had great air conditioning (we brought a fan incase the air circulation was bad, didn’t need it).
We really enjoyed our stay and the folks staying in the same complex were very respectful and not very loud.
The WiFi is the only complaint we have. The Roku in the condo kept disconnecting, but our phones were fine on the WiFi. I think the Rokus may have been the problem there. Not enough to lose a star, but if that gets fixed, this place would be a place we come back to over and over again!

The condo was exactly as described and very clean except for the coffee makers that had salmonella in them and were probably never cleaned. There were a lot of drunk obnoxious neighbors in this building which wasn't the greatest. The sound ordinance seems to be a hoax. The balcony was ok but didn't protect from any rain. The parking space and unit location were very convenient. The proximity to the boardwalk was a little further than we anticipated but we could drive everywhere if we paid to park.
